1 Cup of chopped avocado
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of Greek Style yogurt
1 TBS pf flaxseeds or chia seeds
Pich of red pepper flakes
1 TBS of lemon or lime juice
Blend the ingredients in a mixer until desired consistency. Enjoy with organic vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers. Stay away from the salty chips! Remember folks, food determines how we feel and heal!
