2.5 cups of green beans, rinsed, and slightly steamed and chilled
1 cup of chopped onions
2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of chopped cauliflower ( into very tiny florets)
1/4 cup of almond slivers or pine nuts
1 TBS of sprinkled blue cheese or cheese substitute
1 -2 TBS of olive oil and balsamic dressing
Place the freshly cut and cleaned French green beans onto a decorative plate and add fixings. Sprinkle the dressing and enjoy!
