In honor of last week's National Health Coach Week, I am giving a shout out to another favorite coach and fitness motivator out there in the Facebook community! Today’s post goes to an individual who I admire because I know her journey to get to where she is today takes a lot of endurance and self discipline. As a diabetic, she decided to lose weight by eating organic, unprocessed foods. She has become a fitness trainer and is now studying nutrition. She also has a great sense of humor. I am a huge advocate of running and she of weightlifting. Maybe I will challenge myself to lift more weights, and maybe, just maybe, I can get her to train for a marathon someday.
