In this physician-reviewed and approved detox program, you will shed weight, cleanse your body, and reduce inflammation. If you are looking for a safe and healthy plant-based program that will help you shed excess weight and leave you feeling your best, the 12 Day Detox Program is the program for you. The detox program includes 12 days of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping lists, fitness ideas, and lifestyle tips.

 

Includes:

  • Five coaching email exchanges (coach to client) with Certified Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer Tracy to answer any questions, guide your progress and support your goals.

  • Specific recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each of the twelve days of the detox.

  • Recommended snacks and foods for each day of the detox.

  • Shopping lists.

  • Lifestyle and fitness tips.

  • Daily course modules designed to guide you through each day of the detox.

  • Detailed checklists so you know exactly what to do for each week of the program.

In this physician-reviewed and approved program, you will work with Certified Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer Tracy in a virtual format to make sustainable changes and develop a new, positive outlook on life as you embark on your plant-based lifestyle. We recommend this program as the first step for individuals who are beginning their journey towards adopting a plant-based lifestyle. Tracy will work with you to confidently unlock your best self and develop the habits necessary for living a healthy, balanced plant-based lifestyle for the long term. In the Lighter Life Life Coaching program, you will work on exercises for improving your mindset and self-control, and emerge from the 12 weeks with a renewed sense of pride, confidence, and accomplishment.

  • Lighter Life Virtual Life Coaching Program: A 12 Week Life and Health Coaching Program covering topics including but not limited to control, balance, emotions, journaling, maintenance, and sleep. 

  • One onboarding email exchange with Certified Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer Tracy to discuss your detailed goals and the virtual life coaching program format.

  • 12 coaching email exchanges (coach to client) with Certified Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer Tracy to answer any questions, guide your progress and support your goals throughout the program.

  • Weekly course modules designed to guide you through each week of the Lighter Life Life Coaching Program

  • All items included in the Introductory Program: Art of Aging and the Couch to 5k Fitness Program

This 8-day physician-reviewed and approved program focuses on identifying the root cause of gut distress. If you're experiencing symptoms of leaky gut or metabolic syndrome, then this program is for you!  This Gut Health Jumpstart Program is designed to transform your gut so you can wake up pain and symptom-free. Please consult with your physician before beginning any BeeFit health program.

  • Recommended snacks, foods, recipes, and meal plans, and shopping lists with food items that have shown to reduce symptoms of gut distress for each day of the program.

  • Informational video modules on gut health

  • Daily course modules designed to guide you through each day of the program.

  • Detailed checklists so you know exactly what to do for each week of the program.

This 28-day program will teach you how to eat in moderation, slim down, get fit, and improve your immune system. In just one month, you'll be feeling better than ever and well on your way to success in your plant-based lifestyle.
