Start spring off healthy by begiining your day with a great detox juice! It tastes better than it looks! :-)

Using a juicer

Ingredients: 
• 1 Apple 
• 2 stalks celery 
• 1 – 2 cucumbers 
• 1 pear 
• 1 – 2 cups kale or spinach (or both)

Directions: 
Juice, stir and enjoy!

1 handful of spinach 
1 serving of vanilla Vega protein shake 
1 tsp of raw cacao 
1 frozen banana 
3 brazil nuts 
2 pitted dates 
1 tsp honey 
sprinkle cinnamon

Good news for the avocado lover! New research published in the Journal of American Heart Association (http://jaha.ahajournals.org/content/4/1/e001355) has found that eating an avocado a day as part of overall healthy diet in omega 3 fats, may help lower LDL, the bad cholesterol.
