This month, I will be posting healthy tips for the week. This week's healthy tip is: Get off the sugar roller coaster! Sugar is an addictive, destructive substance. Eating just a little bit creates the desire for more.  Suddenly stopping your consumption of sugar can cause withdrawl symptoms ranging from headaches, to mood swings, fatigue and cravings.


Did you know that the average American consumes about 142 pounds of sugar a year!? Take a look at 20 oz sugar bottle of Coke; it has a whopping 65 grams of sugar, which is 15 teaspoons!...
