If you read yesterday's post on the health benefits of eggs and love eating avocados like me, then try this delicious recipe. Avocados are packed with "muscle building" magnesium and lots of fiber which will help keep you feeling full longer.

Ingredients: 

-1 avocado 

-Olive oil
