Many Bee Fit friends have asked me if my physique is obtained with the help of fasting. Well, the answer is: HECK, NO! It comes from the discipline of my daily runs and eating clean.

 

 

I know that fasting has been practiced for hundreds of years, but in my opinion it can be dangerous for some people, especially those who have health issues and do not already eat healthy and have a strong constitution. I know, I know...it sounds so easy; just say no to solid food and stick to lemon water or whatever concoction you are following from you...
