Working out is NOT just about looking good; it's also about feeling good. I have always been a big believer that exercising is good for the body, MIND, and soul. Whenever, I feel stressed or anxious, I increase the intensity of my running and weight routine. The vigorous workout does wonders for my mood and spirit.
