November is one of my favorite months of the year… it feels like a giant pause button before the rush of the holidays begin. But November can also be challenging to our health, nutrition and fitness goals. When faced with Thanksgiving entrees, drinks , and desserts, we are often tempted into old habits or mindless eating.
